God only wanted offerings from people with hearts that are willing. Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 9:7 that when we give to God, it should never be by constraint.  God loves a cheerful giver. God doesn’t want our time, money or service if it comes with a grudge.

The giving comes from God stirring your heart. That is always a sign of true giving.
