The Lord has been doing these things to Pharaoh to show him who He is. God also wanted Moses an Aaron know so they could tell their children.

Pharaoh has another insincere confession of sin.

Pharaoh compromises again and tells them to go serve God but leave their possessions behind. Moses and Aaron wanted to bring everything with them because they wanted to be prepared when God asked them for a sacrifice.
