I’ve been blogging a bit about The Body Ecology Diet and just realized that I haven’t written an actual testimony on here. So here it is:
I started The Body Ecology Diet a little less then 6 months ago. The purpose of me starting it was to decrease my anxiety level. I’ve suffered with anxiety issues for the last 15 years and it’s really created an obstacle in my life. As a mother of 3 and a wife, I really wanted to find a solution for it. I didn’t have time to feel that way and I never wanted my kids to see me that way. I decided to make a lifestyle change to fix this interfering issue.
The Body Ecology Diet can help many different symptoms. Mine is anxiety but it can help others that suffer from digestive issues, depression, diabetes and more. I started out by purchasing The Body Ecology Diet book to have a real understanding of how our bodies work. Once I finished the book I got started. The diet is very simple once you get the hang of it. It’s basically no sugar, no GMO’s and proper food combining. Thankfully there are some really good substitutes for sugar because I love sweets.
One of the things I noticed the most was having good multivitamins and supplements. I’ve been taking raw multivitamins for women and an ocean vegetable extract because I don’t eat ocean vegetables. Ocean vegetables are very beneficial to your health so that’s how I manage to get them in my system. I’ve lost over 25 lbs and went from a size 10 jeans to a size 6 jeans. The picture above is the only one I have because my original intention wasn’t to lose weight. In the picture I’m wearing the same pants and shirt and you can see a huge difference.
As for my anxiety, it’s decreased significantly. It’s expected to take up to two years or more to disappear because I was treating my body bad for so long. I’m so thankful for my new lifestyle change. I’m working on sharing some great recipes and desserts that I can’t wait to share with you.
