Do you ever search the internet trying to find a solution to a health problem? I do! In fact, that’s what I do first to find an answer to a health issue. Most of the time I can diagnose my problem. When it comes to the kids, I don’t always know the answer.

I’m excited to share with you a new way to get answers. Blue Shield of California introduces their dynamic duo: Dr. Jim and his sidekick, Bob. They offer informative and entertaining ways to tackle your health care questions.

They offer several informative videos that help you get your health questions answered. Dr. Jim and Bob scan the Internet every day searching for people with questions about their health. When they spot a problem, they post a reply and a link back to their video advice on Facebook.

This is such a timesaver for me. One of my girls recently had a constipation issue. The sad thing was that she didn’t even know it was a problem. She’s only 7 years old so I can see where a constant tummy ache and not going regularly wouldn’t make sense. The moment it clicked in my head, I started scouring the internet for a quick solution. After some long hard research I found a solution.
