Moses was learning everything about the lay of the land.

God declares that He has seen, He has heard, He knows. Jesus Christ emphasized this in the New Testament. He said “Your Father sees, your Father hears, your Father knows.”

After 40 years, Moses is no longer short-tempered and ready to go to battle any more. He became meek.

We always wonder why the Lord has called us to do something. It’s important that we always accept what the Lord has planned for us and allow Him to work through us.
