The mother of Moses was doing what Pharaoh commanded by putting the baby in the river.
Moses received strong Hebrew traditions. It’s a great example of Proverbs 22:6 which declares “train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he won’t depart from it.”
The name “Moses” means to be taken out of water.
