You’ll need to sign up online or in-store for this offer. I was in CVS yesterday and the coupon machine gave me a coupon to have scanned to sign up. You can visit CVS online if you’d prefer to do it that way. Once you sign up, you’ll get 4% back on your quarterly rewards rather then the normal 2%.
