My kids love to swim! I call them my “little fishes” because if the they could live in the water they would! One part of the Olympics they love is swimming. You never know, they may be in the Olympics one day with thanks to SwimWays for getting them started :)!

Future Olympians

I don’t know when they will become Olympians and neither do they. They have a few questions for some of their favorite US Olympian swimmers, Michael Phelps.

  • When did you start competing to be an Olympian?
  • How many hours a day do you practice?
  • Can you eat whatever you want?

These are a few of the questions my young swimmers have.  The Olympics has been such a wonderful motivation for them. It is possible to do anything :)!

My hopes of winning Olympic gold was dashed in the 4th grade. I realize I was not that athletic.
