I did this because I felt that my anxiety was way to elevated and I needed to do something about it. Remember the women I mentioned in one of my posts that lost 180 pounds and was healed of three cancers? Well, she has released her first cookbook with recipes that help build the immune system.
Pictured above is a picture of Dianalynn before she started proper food combining and building her immune system. The “after” picture is after she lost 180 lbs and her body fought off all the cancers she had.
While cleaning out and building your immune system is not focused on weight loss, you will most likely lose the extra weight. I’ve lost over 22 lbs and I didn’t think I needed to lose weight. My body is getting rid of the toxic cells that I’ve been feeding.
I personally know Dianalynn. She lives in my town and is a wonderful woman. Her goal is to get the word out to “Save the Children”. Kids everywhere are at a risk because of what they are eating. We need to keep them away from GMO and processed sugars. I’ll be posting more about that later.
I’ve made five or so recipes out of this recipe book so far and they have been wonderful. This book is perfect for people like me that need ideas when it comes to cooking.
