My mom had been trying for a year to get me started on this. She felt guilty for all the things she used to let me eat as a child, LOL! I finally gave in and started two months ago because my anxiety was really bothering me. What held me back the most was thinking that I couldn’t live without different foods. I can tell you now that I’m able to live without the GMO that’s killing everyone out there including our kids!
I keep hearing the voice of my God saying “you need to spread the word about this diet. It will save so many people from their cancers and chronic sicknesses”. This is exactly what Donna Gates wants to do. She wants everyone to know but can only spread it so much. We get blinded by so many things in this world including food. I know the enemy is satisfied every moment that we destroy ourselves.

I do feel that this transition is one that you’ll need a mentor type person. My mom learned from her friend Diana and I learned from my mom. You need to have someone that can help you with this.
