Murrietta Hot Springs

Woohoo! I just completed my 7th week on The Body Ecology Diet.   The last time I weighed myself, I had lost 16 lbs. I’m sure I’ve lost more since then because now my clothes are really falling off.

If you’ve been following my progress on the BED, you’ll know that my mission is not to lose weight. I’m doing this to clear out my gut and hopefully get rid of my anxiety issues.  The weight is just a bonus and represents all the toxins that have been in my body.

As I write this, I’m making my own Kefir. I’ve been buying it and decided to do a cost comparison of buying vs making it. I normally get my Kefir at Trader Joe’s for $2.99 a quart when I’m near one. The closest one is about an hour away so I usually end up getting it at Vons for $3.99 a quart. So far I know that if making it works out right, it will only cost me a $1.50 a quart. I’ll know in the next 24 hours if I’ll be making it at home.

I’m still incorporating cultured vegetables into my diet and hope I start to crave them. In my previous posts, I’ve expressed that this is not easy.  You have to really want to get healthy. My anxiety disturbs my life so much and that’s why I’m doing it.

The first steps to get started on this is taking the Candida Quiz`. It will let you know if you have yeast over growth. The yeast overgrowth is what causes the health and weight gain issues. It’s normal to have the yeast in your system but the overgrowth of it has gotten worse over the years because of the way we eat.  The Body Ecology Diet is an inner cleanse for your system. I highly recommend you check it out. I’d be happy to answer any questions!
