We recently took a trip to the Costa Mesa area and stayed at the Ayres Hotel. This was our first time staying there and we were very impressed.

The lobby was fresh and clean. I love when I walk into a hotel and the lobby is clean and neat.  The customer service was good other then the one little issue we had.

We are a family of five and when we arrived, they said you could only have 4 people to a room. It mainly had to do with the free breakfast vouchers.  They explained that they could only give four vouchers which I was fine with because my little guy barely eats anyway. I was just a little irritated because it wasn’t originally mentioned to me that only four could be in a room. Anyway, it ended up working out and we had a great time.

The bedrooms were nice and cozy. I was glad to have the air conditioning because it was pretty hot that weekend.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the courtyard. They had dining table available and a beautiful water fountain.

We really liked the convenience of the attractions around the hotel. It’s a short drive to Disneyland, Newport Beach, South Coast Plaza and OC Fairgrounds.  Be sure to check out Ayres Hotel the next time you’re traveling. The rates are very reasonable :)!
