Holy Bible

We need to pay attention to the words of Christ so we don’t drift away from our salvation through him. It’s easy to backslide and it happens gradually.

Jesus spoke of salvation to the disciples and they told others what he said.

God confirmed the words of Jesus with signs and miracles.  The Holy Spirit confirmed His words by giving spiritual gifts (Acts 2:22).

Jesus came in human form to identify himself with fallen man and dying in our place.

The Lord sanctified us and calls us his brothers (John 15:15).

Jesus suffered and died to remove satan’s power over us. We now have the power to turn from sin and close the door to it in our lives. Jesus came to set us free from the bondage our our flesh.

Jesus is merciful and understanding because he was a human and knows how we struggle with temptation.
