First Act Discovery makes musical instruments and products for kids! Their instruments are made with the same detail as their teen/adult line but they’re sized especially for smaller players.

Thanks to First Act Discovery, kids ages 3 to 10 can get started playing right away. They’ve developed a number of learning tools to go with these products from chord cards to books to big picks. They’re goal is to make learning to play easy, fun, and rewarding.

We had a chance to review the new Voice Rockrz Mic and they’re a blast! Each mic is available in pink and blue and they each come with a ring and bracelet. My favorite part about the mic’s is that they’re cordless, you don’t have to worry about cords getting damaged. You can use the programed voice effects or just use your own voice. Another great feature is they can plug their MP3 player into a jack on the mic and sing along to their favorite songs.

As you can see my girls are quite the “rockers”! I was thrilled when I saw that the mic’s included the three required “AAA” batteries. I don’t always have every battery type in my house so it’s a sad day if a toy arrives without batteries.
