The church was meeting on the first day of the week. Paul wanted the offerings to be taken before he arrived.
There were strong oppositions to the Gospel in Ephesus so Paul wanted to stay there for a while.
Aquila and Priscilla were part of the first converts in Corinth and opened their home for Bible studies.
