I live in California right now and have often thought of moving out of state. I’ve always lived in California so it makes me curious about other areas. What’s so great about California?

I was scouring the internet and came across beautiful townhouse’s at Parks Edge in Utah. The floor plans are breath taking but the price seems a little high considering the current real estate market. I can’t say for sure if they’re overpriced because I’m not familiar with the area. Do homes sale for $300,000 in Utah?

One of the things that draws me away is the picture has snow in it. I currently live in the mountains and I’m really over the snow. Last year we went a few days without the roads being plowed because the County had cut backs because of the economy. The snow was so high that we couldn’t drive.

I guess I will continue looking around to find the best area to live in. I’d prefer rain over snow any day. Do you have any suggestions?
