Bob Evans

I was given the opportunity to interview Executive Chef David Eisel, the chef and brains behind the menu of Bob Evans Farms, last week. I was really excited because he knows how hectic back-to-school time can get and that bringing the family together around the dinner table can be stressful. It’s really important to our family to sit at the dinner table when we eat.

Dinner has become really hectic since the girls started first grade because they have alot of homework. I get home around 3:45 with them and start homework and dinner at the same time. My goal is to get dinner done by 5pm so when daddy gets home from work, we can all sit together and enjoy our meal.

Check out my interview for some great tips and a great recipe.

Do you have any tips you’d like to share about making dinnertime less hectic?
