I ordered one of these deals because my husband loves trying new coffee so I gave it a shot. I received my order and my husband loved the coffee but I had to call and cancel because the price of the coffee is more than I am willing to spend at that time. When I called to cancel they were very nice and gave me no hassles to cancel.

January 4, 2011 @ 12:26I read their terms and conditions - the statement reads that if you are unhappy with anything and want to cancel you have to return the product to receive a full refund minus shipping. So, does that mean if I cancel they will want the coffee maker returned?

January 5, 2011 @ 11:29Hi Elaine, I'm pretty sure they're just talking about the product. People probably try to get a refund without returning anything. If you read about the coffee service commitment, it states you're under no obligation for that service. I personally did this because my husband wanted to try their coffee and then I canceled the coffee service with no problems. I'm not sure if they changed things around but they are really trying to promote their coffee program. God Bless! Apryl
