Voice of Martyrs

Did you know people are persecuted for their faith everyday? I knew that but didn’t understand the reality of their punishment. People serve years in jail just for spreading the word of Jesus Christ. How can we help them?

The Voice of the Martyrs is a non-profit, inter-denominational Christian organization dedicated to assisting the persecuted church worldwide. While there are several ways to help the persecuted, the most intriguing to me is writing letters of encouragement to the people that are being punished.

I’m sure everyone is wondering “How do I do this?”. Well, my amazing pastor showed us a demonstration in church last Sunday. You simply visit persecuted.com and click on “Prisoner Alert”. This will take you to a page of people that are being persecuted for their faith. You can choose to write an encouraging letter to them. Voice of The Martyrs system will give you ideas and automatically convert your letter into the prisoners language. You can then print the letter and mail it to the address they provide you with.

How awesome is that? You can encourage someone that definitely needs encouragement by following the simple steps of the Voice Of The Martyrs free system. It is so important that we all stick together when it come to out Savior! Please consider visiting persecuted.com and make a difference for a brother or sister.

I have been getting this magazine for about 15 years now and I will tell you that it is awesome! So insightful because most Christians do not realize the extent to which they are punished and tortured, even killed just for loving Christ or sharing Him with others. Even their own immediate family members! It truly reminds me that we have freedom of religion so nice and comfy here and that we should use it as an opportunity to pray for those who don't.
