My Journey Through The Bible

Welcome to “My Journey Through The Bible”. I started this series to get a better understanding of the scriptures. I love the Lord, but I have to confess that I haven’t read the entire Bible. I’ve attempted to do the “Read your Bible in a year” thing but have never succeeded. The more I think about that system the happier I am that I didn’t complete it. I want to understand what I’m reading in my Bible. I don’t want to race through it and have no understanding.

I’m not sure what your experience is with the Bible but I sure hope we can help each other out. I’m in no position to teach the Bible, I have a lot to learn. I pray this can help some of you open your Bible. I pray that the more experienced Bible readers can help us less experienced. Visit Bible Study Tools for some great bible resources.

We’re starting in the New Testament with Matthew. We will continue through Revelation and then move into the Old Testament. I post this series Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Thanks for joining us on this journey. God Bless!
