I shared in a previous post in this series that I personally follow The Body Ecology Diet. It’s a great way to get yourself healthier by following proper food combining. Many struggle with it because it can be time consuming to figure put your meals. It took me about 6 months to be able to fully implement it into my life. In other words, I know off the top of my head what food combine well together.
